open cmd as administrator

run the following command

net stop wuauserv

then run Windows6.1-KB3020369-x64.exe

once update completed run net stop wuauserv again in cmd

then run Windows6.1-KB3138612-x64.exe

once update completes restart the computer

updates should be fixed now and able to download/install (will still a while if there are a lot of updates to run)
